  • Sherrill led our conversation on Turquoise – thinking about art, creativity, and magic!

Joys and Concerns:

  • It’s a joy to participate in Pride Fest on June 25-26 with local O&A churches, Cairn, South Broadway, Evergreen, and our Central Rocky Mountain Regional Church.  Planning details continue!
  • Lisa is visiting her dad following his stroke.  Thankfully, he is recovering smoothly, and Lisa has help with her caregiving responsibilities.
  • Janet is very grateful for the good news that Gregory is doing well.  He’s off chemotherapy and may begin a new oral medication to manage his health over the long term.  Still, Janet is sad as she grieves the loss of her dad and her mother’s continuing dementia.
  • Judy is making comfort pillows for Cos to distribute at Kathi’s memory care residence.  She also reports that her grandson is going to Europe with a few of his friends.
  • Continued prayers for Cookie’s health.
  • Hannah is on a week-long school trip to Boston.
  • Doretta’s Aunt Vivian passed away this week; and Doretta’s friend, Barb, was found unresponsive.  Thankfully, Barb received treatment in time and is recovering now.  Barb’s husband is in hospice.
  • Debbie’s childhood BFF, Barb, has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s.  She and Debbie will have lunch together later this month.
  • Debbie’s Phillips graduation is Saturday, May 20.
  • Judy and Win will be traveling to Washington and Oregon in May, then back in time to move to their new home on June 10, and then off on more adventures in July.
